1. Introduction

Mivox is a competitive Minecraft PvP platform where players face each other in skill-based 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3 duels across Crystal, Sword, Axe and Mace game modes. Mivox is operated by the Mivox team and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang AB or Microsoft.

Mivox is 100% skill-based. Every match outcome is decided purely by the players' own performance in-game. There is no gambling, no chance-based wagering, no betting on third-party events, and no random determination of match winners on this platform.

By creating an account, accepting these Terms, or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use Mivox.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or play on Mivox. By accepting these Terms you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account, including a valid email address and correct Minecraft username. Accounts created with false, misleading, or stolen information may be removed at any time.

You are responsible for making sure your use of Mivox is legal where you live.

3. User Accounts

You are solely responsible for your account, your login credentials, and all activity that takes place through your account.

Do not share your account, password, or session with anyone. Any match played, coin spent, purchase made, or message sent through your account is treated as your own action.

Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Rules & Acceptable Use

The following behaviour is strictly prohibited on Mivox and in matches played through Mivox:

• ▪Cheating of any kind, including hacked clients, disallowed mods, macros and unfair modifications.
• ▪Exploiting bugs, glitches or unintended behaviour of the site or of a match.
• ▪Hacking, probing, or otherwise attempting to compromise the website, its servers or other accounts.
• ▪Using bots, scripts, or unauthorised automation against the site or in matches.
• ▪Harassment, threats, hate speech or abusive behaviour toward other users or staff.
• ▪Impersonating another player, a staff member, or the Mivox team.
• ▪Fraud or abuse, including chargebacks, payment fraud and abuse of rewards, crates or promotions.
• ▪Circumventing bans, suspensions or any other restriction placed on your account.
• ▪Alting (using multiple accounts) or selling, buying or trading coins for real-world money outside the platform.
• ▪Any other behaviour that negatively affects the game, the fairness of matches, or the community.

5. Game & Virtual Items

Coins, characters, borders, titles, stickers, snipes, crates, VIP status, rankings, stats and any other in-game feature are virtual items licensed to you for use on Mivox. You do not own them and they may be modified, reset, re-balanced or removed at any time.

Virtual items and virtual currency have no real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated otherwise on the platform. Where the platform explicitly offers withdrawals of earned coins, those withdrawals follow the rules, limits and fees shown on the withdrawal page.

Match results, rankings, rewards and progress may be corrected, reversed or reset by staff where a rule violation, bug, or error is found.

6. Purchases & Payments

Coins and other items may be purchased through our payment provider. Purchased coins are credited to your account only after the payment has been confirmed.

All purchases are final. There are no refunds for coins, crates, characters, borders, titles, VIP, or any other virtual item or service, including items already used, opened or consumed.

Fraudulent payment activity, including chargebacks, stolen payment methods and disputes filed in bad faith, is prohibited and will result in permanent removal from the platform.

Subscriptions such as VIP renew automatically as described at the point of purchase and can be cancelled at any time from the shop; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.

7. Moderation & Enforcement

Staff and administrators may investigate reports, disputes and suspected rule violations, and may review match data, evidence submitted, chat messages and account activity while doing so.

Depending on the severity of a violation, staff may take any of the following actions:

• ▪Warnings.
• ▪Temporary suspensions.
• ▪Permanent bans.
• ▪Removal of content such as messages, usernames or uploads.
• ▪Removal or reset of game progress, coins, items or rewards where appropriate.

7b. Punishment Evasion

Attempting to evade a punishment — for example by creating alternate accounts, using another person's account, or bypassing a restriction — will result in additional action, up to a permanent ban of all associated accounts and forfeiture of coins and items.

8. User Content

You are responsible for everything you submit to Mivox, including your username, profile details, chat messages, match notes, dispute descriptions and any links or images you share.

Content must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening, deceptive, or infringing on anyone else's rights, and must not contain malicious links, scams or advertising for other platforms.

You grant Mivox permission to display, store and moderate the content you submit for the purpose of operating the platform. We may remove any content at our discretion.

9. Privacy

We collect and process account information such as your email address, username, match history, transactions and moderation records in order to operate the platform, keep matches fair, and process payments and withdrawals.

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

The Mivox website, name, branding, logos, graphics, character artwork, layouts, code and all other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and remain the property of Mivox or its licensors.

You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, resell or otherwise exploit any part of the platform without our written permission.

11. Availability & Changes

Mivox may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages or technical problems, with or without notice.

Features, game modes, prices, fees, rewards and other parts of the platform may be changed, added or removed over time as the platform evolves.

12. Account Termination

Your account may be suspended or terminated if you break these Terms, act fraudulently, harm other users, or abuse the platform. You may also request that your own account be closed.

After termination you lose access to the website, the game, and any coins, items, progress or rewards on the account. Pending withdrawals may be withheld while a violation is being investigated.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Mivox is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that matches, servers or third-party services will always work as intended.

We are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, connection problems, third-party Minecraft servers, data loss, bugs, or the actions of other players, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated in the future. When an update is significant, we publish a new Terms version and require renewed acceptance.

If a new version requires acceptance, you will be shown the updated Terms the next time you use Mivox and must accept them before continuing to use or play on the platform.

We aim to respond to account and moderation questions as quickly as possible.
